Monday

Breakfast: 150 gr. of oatmeal with skim milk

Brunch: 100 gr. fruits (all are allowed except bananas and grapes)

Lunch: vegetable soup 250 ml, 40 gr. of rye bread, boiled rice 150 gr, 150 gr. boiled white fish

Snack: 100 gr. of fruit

Dinner: 250 gr. cottage cheese, 300 gr. salad of tomatoes, peppers, and green olives

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: 150 gr. of oatmeal with skim milk

Brunch: 200 gr. oranges

Lunch: 250 ml. vegetable soup, vegetable stew 200 gr, 200 gr. beef

Snack: 250 gr. of yogurt

Dinner: 300 gr. salad of cucumbers and tomatoes with a little olive oil

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: 100 gr. of oatmeal with skim milk, 2 eggs scrambled

Late snack: one apple

Lunch: 250 gr. yoghurt 100 gr. salad with cabbage and cucumber

Snack: one apple

Dinner: 250 gr. of cheese, 100 gr. sour cream

 

Thursday

Breakfast: 200 gr. buckwheat porridge with skim milk

Late breakfast: small bran bread (bread flour with bran)

Lunch: vegetable soup 250 gr, 40 gr. rye bread, 150 grams of white fish steamed, boiled potatoes 200 gr.

Snack: 250 gr. of yogurt

Dinner: 300 gr. of cabbage and cucumbers

 

Friday

Breakfast: 200 gr. banana

Brunch: 100 gr. dried apricots, raisins 100 gr.

Lunch: 100 gr. dates, oranges 100 gr.

Lunch: 100 gr. apples

Dinner: 250 gr. of yogurt

 

Saturday

Breakfast: 150 gr. buckwheat porridge with skimmed milk

Brunch: 100 gr. bananas 200 gr. peach juice

Lunch: 250 gr. vegetable soup, 40 gr. rye bread, cucumber 300 gr, 100 gr. of cooked chicken meat

Snack: small bran bread

Dinner: 100 gr. of yogurt, 1 egg
