Day 1

Snack:

1 banana

Lunch:

1 cabbage salad seasoned with olive oil, 1 fruit of choice

Afternoon snack:

1 carrot, 1 cooked potato

Dinner:

2 boiled potatoes, 2 tomatoes

Day 2

Breakfast:

1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

1 banana

Lunch:

1 boiled potato and leek salad, seasoned with olive oil

Afternoon snack:

1 Rusks

Dinner:

200 gr steamed broccoli

Day 3

Breakfast:

1 piece of cornbread with ham, 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

1 banana

Lunch:

2 boiled potatoes

Afternoon snack:

1 fruit of choice

Dinner:

100 gr steamed mushrooms, 1 slice of cornbread

Day 4

Breakfast:

1 bowl skimmed cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon honey, 1 cup green tea

Snack:

1 rusk, 1 cup milk

Lunch:

1 bowl of food cooked oat, wheat or rye nuts

Afternoon snack:

1 boiled potato

Dinner:

1 boiled potato, 1 cabbage salad, seasoned with olive oil

Day 5

Breakfast:

1 cup yogurt, 1 rusk, 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

1 fruit of choice

Lunch:

1 bowl of cooked brown rice

Afternoon snack:

2 boiled potatoes

Dinner:

300 gr boiled fish, 1 green salad, seasoned with olive oil

Day 6

Breakfast:

1 bowl cooked cereal, 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

1 boiled potato

Lunch:

150 gr of boiled chicken, 200 gr spinach

Afternoon snack:

1 banana

Dinner:

2 boiled potatoes 1 cabbage salad, seasoned with olive oil

Day 7

Breakfast:

1 Plate oat flakes, 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

1 rusk, 1 fruit of choice

Lunch:

2 boiled potatoes, 2 tomatoes

Afternoon snack:

1 cup yogurt, 1 Rusks

Dinner:

150 gr skimmed mushrooms, 1 boiled potato

Day 8

Breakfast:

1 cup yogurt, 1 rusk, 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

1 apple

Lunch:

2 boiled potatoes, 2 tomatoes

Afternoon snack:

1 fruit of choice

Dinner:

250 gr of skimmed vegetable

Day 9

Breakfast:

1 rusk, 1 cup of green tea

Second breakfast:

1 cucumber

Lunch:

1 cabbage salad, seasoned with olive oil, 1 boiled potato

Afternoon snack:

1 fruit salad with yogurt and honey

Dinner:

2 boiled potatoes

Day 10

Breakfast:

1 bowl skimmed cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon honey, 1 cup green tea

Second breakfast:

1 banana

Lunch:

1 rusk, 1 tomato, 1 boiled potato

Afternoon snack:

1 fruit salad with yogurt and honey

Dinner:

150 gr boiled chicken, 200 gr spinach
