Physical inactivity, and in particular all day long seating, creates ideal conditions for the appearance of cellulite and therefore, besides the diet, very important is regular exercising. Without physical activity, combating cellulite will not be complete, and the desired results will certainly miss. With movement and exercise, you strengthen the muscle tissue, melt fat, improve blood circulation and supply oxygen to the cells. In the fight against cellulite will help also swimming, light running, cycling, or aerobics.
